Mice & Keyboards not working

Please first determine if your keyboard is wired or wireless:

For wired keyboard or mouse:

1. Plug the keyboard into a different USB port on the workstation.
2. Reply to the ticket if this does not resolve your issue so we send you a replacement.

For wireless keyboard or mouse: 

1. Have you replaced the batteries in the keyboard and mouse?
2. Does the wireless receiver plug into a USB extension cable or directly into the computer?
   • If plugged into USB extension cable - remove and plug directly into computer
   • If plugged directly into the computer - try different USB ports in the computer
3. Reply to the ticket if this does not resolve your issue so we can send you a replacement.
