Issue:
Signature boxes grayed out, not working, or missing
Scanner not working in Denticon.
Close all Chrome windows and Relaunch Chrome
1. Launch Chrome then click on the three dots in the upper righthand corner.
2. Click on Settings
3. In the left of the window Click on Privacy and security
4. Click on Site settings
5. Complete the following steps for all listed recent denticon sites
IE: www.denticon.com : r1.denticon.com : a1.denticon.com
6. Click on the site
Find and set to allow Popup and redirect
Find and set to allow Local Network Access
Additionally you may need to disable the Adobe extension in Chrome
