Denticon: Disable Adobe Extension

Issue:

• Denticon consent forms not pulling up signature boxes.
• Bad Request when trying to view PDFs in Denticon

Solution:

NOTE: This process will have to be done each time someone is having one of the above issues. (Per user, per workstation)

Disable Adobe extension

Open Chrome

1. Click on the three dots (top right)
2. Highlight Extensions
3. Click on Manage Extensions

Find Adobe extension and turn off the extension
