If your printer needs a part replaced, or is having a physical problem (won't turn on, jams frequently, etc.) and needs an expert to repair, please contact Pacific Office Automation directly.
How to contact POA: Look on the Front of the printer call the phone number.
The Equipment ID# is important to reference so that POA knows they make/model of your printer to provide support and replace consumables.
Please reply back to the ticket with response that POA is going to take so we can monitor the results.
