Accessing a Shared Mailbox from InterDent WebMail

Please follow the steps below to access a shared mailbox from InterDent WebMail.

1. Once you are logged in to your web mail, click the drop down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the window. 
   
   
   
2. Click Open another mailbox... from the drop down window.
   
   
   
3. Type the full email address for the shared mailbox that you wish to open. Then click the button Open. 
   
   
   
4. The shared mailbox will open in another tab of your web browser.
