If you don't use a MFA application on your smartphone, you can use a Chrome extension instead of your phone, however it is Critical that:
- You are logged into Windows as yourself with your credentials.
- This should only be installed on 1 workstation.

If the Authenticator extension is already installed on the workstation, proceed to Step 4.

4. Launch Concur via the Employee Portal 5. Log into Concur |

6. In the Two-factor Authentication dialogue box 7. Click on Unable to enter authentication code. |

8. Click on the Send |

| 9. Click Return to Sign In | |

10. Open the email from Concur. 11. Click on the long web link |

12. Enter your Concur Password 13. Click Next |

14. Click on Set up Manually with a Key 15. Copy the key (for a step below)

16. Click on the puzzle piece in the upper right hand corner of Chrome to open your extensions. 17. Click the Pin icon to pin the Authenticator extension. |

| 18. Launch the Authenticator extension by clicking on the icon in the Chrome Tool bar in the upper right. | |

19. Add Concur as an account by 20. Click the Pencil icon 21. Click the Plus Sign |

| 23. Click on the “Authenticator” shortcut on your Chrome menu bar to launch Authenticator. |

24. Finally paste the authenticator Concur code in to Concur. |
