File types not compatible with SharePoint

Most file types work seamlessly with SharePoint including the Microsoft applications we use every day (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and file types like .jpg, PDF, and more. However, we have learned that Microsoft Access Database files and AutoCAD files are not compatible with SharePoint. The IT Team will work with each department to develop an alternative solution for using these files.
