Problem: You get an email notification from eFax that states:
The fax you recently sent through eFax Solutions to 1XXXXXXXXX did not go through because we encountered an error while processing it.
Issue: Your signature block in your email has code or a picture that prevents you from sending an efax.

Solution: Delete the "Description: " broken link graphic from your signature block
