Why use the Office eFax solution?

Answer: The process of doing Insurance Verification and Release of Information is faster and easier.

Your office eFax # can be used to receive incoming faxes in PDF form. Using eFax negates having to scan and shred traditional paper faxes you receive.

Example: If you provide the Insurance Company your efax #, the incoming fax will be received as a PDF document in the Office mailbox.

Sending Restrictions:

• By default ONLY the Practice manage can send eFaxes. The Practice Manager can request up to 4 other individuals the ability to SEND eFaxes by submitting a support ticket with their full name(s) or email addresses.
