We are in the process of shipping you the new workstation(s) to your office. They are scheduled to arrive shortly.
Please keep them in a safe place until the technician arrives to replace the current workstations.
In case you are not aware, the look and feel of Windows 10 is a slightly different.

Local Documents:
Important!: Always store locally saved documents you want to keep on your H drive.
Copy any documents or files on your desktop or documents folder that you have on current workstation to your H Drive. (The H drive is only accessible by you, and is backed up outside of your workstation.)
Important!: Windows 10 does not have Sticky Notes. Make sure you copy your notes in another location, they will be lost in this transition.
Important!: The replacement workstation is being sent to a 3rd party to be destroyed. There will be no ability to access any data on your old workstation after the technician has completed the replacement.
Internet Explorer Favorites/Bookmarks:
If you to move your IE Favorites/Bookmarks to your new workstation, please perform this process:
How to Export your favorites to an HTM file from Internet Explorer 11 on your Windows 7 PC:
- In the Internet Explorer browser, select View favorites, feeds, and history, to open Favorites.
- Under the Add to favorites menu, select Import and export....
- Select Export to a file, and then select Next.
- On the checklist of options, select Favorites, and then select Next.
- Select the Favorites folder and then select Next.
- Select Browse and change the location to your H drive and then Save .
- Select Export and then Finish.
- Your Favorites will now appear in an htm file in the location you've specified.
