Radius: New User Setup Process

New Radius users need to complete this process before they can login to their VDIs.

1. Right Click this link and select open in a new tab: https://webmail.interdent.com/owa

2. Enter your Windows username (not email address) and your temporary password.

3. Enter your new password (At least 8 characters, contains 1 upper and 1 lower case letter, a number and special character).

You will receive the message below but you can ignore it.

Now you are done and you can close the page.
