Invisalign Picture Move Process

Process for moving pictures from Invisalign phone to Desktop.

Pictures stored on the workstation are not backed up. Nor will they be moved when we replace the workstation. Please consult your Ortho Manager if you have any questions.

Plug in the Invisalign Phone to a USB Port On your Computer Using the USBC-USB Cable
Wait a few moments for the "Device is ready" prompt to pop up on the lower right hand corner of your workstation.
Click Allow at the prompt on the Invisalign Phone.
Open File Explorer
Navigate to Device and Drives
Select Galaxy A14 5G and Navigate to \Galaxy A14 5G\Internal storage\DCIM\Camera
Right Click the photo and drag to the Downloads folder and Select Move Here
