If the Dolphin Icons are missing, and Dolphin was previously installed, and you get the message below, you need to reinstall Dolphin Cloud. This is usually a result of failed update.
Please follow these steps to reinstall Dolphin Cloud:
NOTE: Your Dolphin Cloud credentials are required for this process.
| Click the Windows Start Icon in the lower left corner | |
Type "Control" and the Control Panel application will be an option. Click on the Control Panel application to launch |
In the upper right corner type "Remote" . Click on the "Remote App and Desktop Connections" |
If there is message "The update Not successful " Click on View Details. Click Update Now Enter your Dolphin Cloud Credentials. Click Ok at the bottom of the window Close the Control Panel Application. The Dolphin Icons should now reappear in the menu.
If the Most Recent Update is Successful, Select REMOVE (Trust Me - Do this!) Close the Control Panel Application. On the Start Menu, select Dolphin Self install to reinstall the application. The Dolphin application Icons will be on the menu. |
