Do you need access to Microsoft Office?

There is free alternative which does the same basic functions and can edit Microsoft Office files.

You can use Writer like you would Word.

You can use Calc like you would Excel.

You can use Impress like you would PowerPoint.

If your workstation does not have Microsoft Office installed on it then LibreOffice is already installed.

These applications are located in the Start Menu.
