iTero: Internet Connection Error

Issue:

iTero getting a connection error on the Interdent IoT network.

Solution: 

1. Navigate to the Wi-Fi settings on the iTero
2. Click on the Interdent iot network and click on forget
3. Reconnect to the Interdent iot network, using the password provided in the ticket.

For iTero Laptops:

1. Click the Wi-Fi icon as if you're going to connect to Wi-Fi.
2. Select More Wi-Fi Settings.
3. Click Manage Known Networks.
4. Find Interdent iot, then click Forget.
5. Reconnect to Interdent iot and enter the password provided in the ticket..
