Dexis 3800: Freezing

Please try the following steps to resolve the IS ScanFlow/ Dexis 3800 freezing issue.

NOTE: Only change the settings as instructed in this guide.

Right Click on the desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel

Wait a moment for the NVIDIA Control Panel to show up.

1. On the left side click on Manage 3D Settings
2. Change Global presets to 3D App - Game Development
3. Preferred graphics processor should be set to "High-performance NVIDIA processor"
4. Click on Apply in the bottom right

Close the NVIDIA Control Panel, then test or try scanning.
