Is your postage machine showing a DHCP error?
Please follow these instructions.
Make sure the Postage Machine network cable is securely connected on each end.
Press the Menu button.
Press the Manage Connection button.
Verify that DHCP is Enabled, if it is disable press the Change button.
Press the Ethernet/LAN button then the Continue button.
Press on DHCP=Enabled button then the Continue button.
Continue through the rest (don't change anything)
System will reboot.
System will be out of sync you will need to download postage to force a sync.
From the main press the Download Postage button. You will have to add postage in order to complete the process.
Syncing takes a bit but should finish in just a few minutes.
Please perform a test to confirm that it works.
