Here is a overview of the Secure Email interaction:
The InterDent individual that sends a secure email does not need to take any action. All secure email responses are in their email (Outlook).
The External Recipient has to take additional steps to access an InterDent Secured email:
When you send a secure email to an external recipient, the recipient receives a "notification" that they have been sent a secure email.
When the "Read the message" button is clicked, the recipient be prompted sign in with a One-time passcode. Then they will receive a link to read the message.
The recipient will need to do this every time they receive a secure email.
