Basic HDMI Wireless Monitor Reconnection Guide

Step 1: Power Cycle Devices

• Unplug the power for the workstation and the TV/Monitor
• Wait 15 seconds
• Reconnect the power to the Workstation and TV/Monitor
• Confirm that both the workstation and the TV/Monitor is on

Step 2: (if necessary)

Reseat the DP-to-HDMI Adapter (if present)

• If your wireless transmitter uses a small adapter cable, unplug the cable from the workstation and the transmitter from the cable
• Wait 15 seconds
• Plug the adapter cable back in firmly on both ends (workstation and transmitter)

If this does not resolve the issue, please reply to your ticket or submit a Support Request and include a note that you have already completed the above troubleshooting steps.
