If you have an emergency someone is available 24/7 to assist with situations where an office is unable to provide any patient care.
An emergency issue is defined as any problem that prevents the office from performing all patient care
- all the phones are not working
- all the workstations are unable to use Denticon, QSI, CPS or MIPACS.
InterDent IT suggests printing and posting this Emergency contact information so it is readily available when you have an Emergency.
Call the Help Desk at (360) 418-7095. If we are not able to answer the phone, please leave a voicemail. Be sure to:
- Speak slowly and clearly
- State your name,
- State your Office
- State the phone number we can call you back at
- State the details of the emergency
